• We require 10 day notice when you get ready to move out!
• We prorate when you move in!
• We collect rent on the 1st of each month!
• We do credit card autopay also!
• We email receipts too!  
• If rent is not paid by the 7th there is a $7 late fee!
• If rent is not paid by the 16th there is a $1late fee per day until payment is received!
